About Pacific Heritage Wood

To help assure that today's living Old Growth Redwoods are left in peace, we donate a portion of our profit from sale of our products to conservation groups dedicated to preserving all remaining Old Growth Redwoods. Photo of Big Basin Redwoods State Park.

Formed in 2000, Pacific Heritage Wood transforms previously utilized wood that originated in ancient Pacific Coast forests into products for home and office that appeal to architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, woodworkers, craftpersons, cabinet makers, serious do-it-yourselfers, and others who appreciate the unique value of this wood.  We specialize in offering reclaimed Redwood and Douglas Fir, but occasionally also offer other precious reclaimed wood that we come across in our ongoing efforts to salvage and reuse native wood.

Trying to reduce the carbon footprint of our efforts, we concentrate on finding our source material in the San Francisco Bay Area and the nearby Central Valley of California.
