Redwood Siding 1" x 8"

This is very inviting, solid wood; its warm mild reddish hue suggests informality with strength and endurance.

Salvaged Redwood shiplap siding. The two pieces shown have not been remilled. The board on the left is "as is"; the board on the right has received one coat of clear polyurethane to indicate what changes a client might expect by doing the same.

We show the "as is" state of this siding to enable clients to see the starting position for recycled redwood products. Some clients prefer the roughest possible surface. We trust that other clients understand that various types of milling processes will transform the existing salvaged redwood into beautiful finished products.

Note the clear, vertical grain. Color is rather consistently mild, light reddish tone. Some nail holes exist on the ends and occasionally on the face.

At 7/8" thick before milling, clients might consider this for a very special exterior application.
